Low voltage power cable/ (N)SHTÖU-J. Reeling cable for one-way application. Upon special request, the cable can be built according to ATEX recommendations. Special low-temperature type “K” for -60℃ to +60℃. Antitorsional protection is included. The cable can be used on mono spiral reels with a voltage up to 0,6/1kv. AC test voltage is 3,5kv.

There are two versions with different thermal parameters. Standard temperature range is -40℃ to +80℃. Also available on request is a low-temperature version “K” available with a temperature range from -60℃ to +60℃. The material of the conductor is tinned flexible copper Cl.5 according to VDE0295.

The insulation is a special compound TRATOSMART-I with better than GM1B quality. Inner sheath also a special compound TRATOSMART-IS, better than GM1B quality. In addition, anti torsional protection makes the cable maximum reliable during windings. The outer sheath is black coloured special compound TRATOSMART-OS with better than 5Gm3 (or 5GM5 possible on request). This cable is also available as TRATOSGREEN MTO with reduced halogens and toxicity.

Also on request, we can produce a special construction with copper braid screen according to ATEX recommendations.

There are variations of these products available in single-core and with two cores. The cross-section range starts at 4×1,5 all the way up to 3×240+3×120/3.
